Why should you consider this position?

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Junior Technical Consultant to help us with the consultation and delivery of digital transformation projects. You will have the chance to analyze and optimize business processes, before mapping and implementing them on EAM, ERP and related applications for our partner/clients. As a consultant you are expected to conduct customer sessions with the support of your team, while progress will be discussed together on a SCRUM basis.

Responsibilities

• Determine digitization and project needs via consultation and analysis
• Mapping out of business processes across departments
• Develop and maintain project plans such as Roadmaps, RACII, Kanban Boards
• Integrate, customize, deploy and test solutions with team and client/partners
• Document specifications and perform UAT and Trainings

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in a Project Management position
• Experience with Digital Innovation and/or Transformation initiatives
• A degree in Computer Science, Business Innovation, Engineering or IT related field
• Empathetic Team Player with effective communication skills
• Fluency in German and proficiency in English is a must
• Results-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
