We are looking for rising stars pursuing a career in Innovation & Technology to join our young and dynamic team based in Hamburg, Germany. The below describes a variety of activities and roles that can be tapped into but may be tailored to your profile for optimal productivity and growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBLITIES (VARIES WITH ROLE)

• Project manage your own strategic Hero project to contribute to company growth
• Perform research and analysis to help drive product, marketing and business decisions
• Participate in Design Thinking sessions and develop mindmaps, timelines, and more
• Get involved with our Product roadmap, planned features, user stories and needs across EAM, ERP and IoT
• Collaborate with account and project management teams with international client/partners
• Support with content creation & design activities across a variety of channels
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners

QUALIFICATIONS

• General curiosity for all things Tech and its impact on the world
• A degree (or currently pursuing) in Innovation, Business, Marketing, Engineering or similar fields
• Prior experience and or affinity for Marketing, Software, Engineering
• Pro-activity, resourcefulness and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in both English and German language
